Mountain Planet Lodging Terms and Conditions
Mountain Planet Lodgings and the unit owners want you to have the most enjoyable time as possible while staying with us. Unfortunately, we have set some rules to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests and to ensure our owners properties are well respected.
Cancellations for any reason made less than 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit all payments. No refunds for late check-ins or early departures. We highly recommend travel insurance.
All units are self check-in. Which means, you can go directly to the unit and not go to a front desk to pick-up/drop off keys. Codes for check-in are provided to you 7-10 days prior to arrival. You can check-in anytime at 4pm. Departure time is no later than 10am. There is a $100/hour fee for late check-outs unless previously arranged with management.
Guests are limited to the amount each unit sleeps. If additional guests are found to be occupying the unit, a $500 per person fee will be charged per night. We do not provide additional beds such as roll-a-ways or blow-up mattresses.
Parties and loud music are not allowed at any time. Any partying complaints received by MPL will be cause for immediate eviction with no refunds.
Not all units have parking available. Please read all the parking information prior to booking a unit or arriving with more vehicles than parking spots available. MPL is not responsible for towed/ticketed vehicles.
Guests are responsible for any damaged caused to the unit. If you find damaged upon arrival, please report it immediately so you will not be held responsible.
You will find a blue binder in the condo with additional information regarding each condo. Upon arrival, please read all the information regarding each individual condo.
